How will I receive my delivery?

We offer doorstep delivery to your requested shipping address. For orders within Singapore, delivery is estimated within 2 to 5 working days. A tracking code will be provided for you to track your parcel.

Please note that doorstep deliveries are scheduled anytime between 9am to 10pm on a working day.

Due to the global pandemic situation, do note that delays in delivery are expected. 

 

I was not at home to receive my parcel. What happens next? 

Delivery will be attempted 3 times and you may instruct the delivery team to leave the parcel in a safe location. If the parcel is still undelivered after 3 tries, the parcel will be returned to ToddleQuest and buyer will need to bear the cost of repeated delivery.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping within Southeast Asia can be arranged. Due to the global pandemic situation, do note that delays in delivery are expected.
